Sketch with Infradraw

Create a sketch

1. Open Infradraw in the workspace sidebar.
2. Drag a VNet tile onto the canvas or choose Add VNet.
3. Move the blocks, then select one to change its name or address-space label.
4. Pan, zoom, and fit the drawing to the view. Remove a selected block when no longer needed.

Where sketches live

Sketches are drafts saved in this browser’s local storage. In hosted editions, storage keys are separated by signed-in workspace. Drafts are not synchronized to the server and will not follow you automatically to another browser or computer.

Clearing site data can remove these drafts. On a shared computer, use separate OS or browser profiles; profile access can expose local drafts.

Planning only

Blocks are visual planning elements. Drawing or renaming a VNet does not create, update, validate, or delete resources in Azure.
